OCR Convert Scanned PDF Text

I need the text from a medium-quality scanned image PDF converted into an editable Word file. Plain text accuracy matters more to me than preserving the original layout, so there’s no need to replicate fonts, spacing, or graphics—just deliver clean, proof-read text in .docx format.

The PDF contains only scanned pages, so please use reliable OCR tools (Adobe OCR, ABBYY, Tesseract, or similar) and check the output for recognition errors before sending it back. A single Word document with all extracted text, ready for me to copy-edit, will complete the job.
