I’m planning a corporate event in New York City and need an experienced photographer who can provide full event coverage for roughly four to six hours. Your focus will be on capturing the atmosphere, speakers, and spontaneous moments that tell the story of the day.
What I expect:
• Continuous, unobtrusive coverage from arrival through closing remarks (about 4–6 hours)
• A balanced mix of wide shots that show the venue’s energy and tighter images that highlight key interactions
• Post-production editing on a reasonable number of selects, delivered in high-resolution JPEGs for immediate use on web, social, and print
If you’re comfortable moving quickly in a corporate setting, know NYC venues well, and have a solid portfolio of similar assignments, I’d love to see your work and discuss the schedule.
