NY Roof Steel Framing Drawings for Structural Permit Drawing

I need a concise set of steel-framing drawings to secure a New York State building permit for a small residential roof cover and one load-bearing wall removal. Because the structure is for residential protection, every detail has to satisfy the relevant NYS Residential Code and local wind/snow loads.

Scope
– Show the new roof cover framing and the modified wall framing in plan, elevation and key sections.
– Indicate member sizes, connections, and anchorage appropriate to steel construction.
– Work insulation details into the framing where required so the plan reviewer can see thermal continuity.
– Keep the package simple yet complete enough to pass permit review without back-and-forth.

Deliverables
1. One sealed* PDF drawing set ready for submission.
2. Matching, fully editable CAD file (DWG or DXF).

*If you are licensed to seal in NY, note that in your bid; otherwise an unsealed set is fine and I will arrange stamping separately.

Timeline
