NY DMV Title Clerk Needed

Drive Safe Auto Service is a NY DMV Private Service Bureau. We handle registrations, titles and plates for customers across New York State. We're looking for an experienced clerk to run the office while we grow.

What you'll do:
• Answer customer calls and explain which DMV forms and documents they need
• Check paperwork (MV-82, title transfers, DTF-802 sales tax, plate surrenders, etc.)
• Prepare and submit transactions accurately
• Keep customer files organized and follow up on missing documents

You have:
• 1+ year doing NY DMV paperwork (dealership title clerk, DMV, insurance agency or tag & title office)
• Friendly and clear on the phone
• Detail-oriented. No mistakes on paperwork.
• Bilingual is a plus
