Numerical PDF Forms to Excel

I have a collection of PDF forms filled exclusively with numerical data that I now need organised in Excel. Your task is simple but must be precise: extract every figure from each form and place it into a single spreadsheet laid out in a clear, standard table format—no custom templates or extra styling, just clean rows and columns that mirror the form fields.

Accuracy matters more than speed; I will be cross-checking totals and sample rows. When you send your bid, include a brief but detailed project proposal outlining the tools or method you’ll use (for example, Adobe Acrobat scripting, Python with tabula-pdf or camelot, manual keying with double-entry verification, etc.) and how you plan to validate data before delivery.

Deliverable: one Excel (.xlsx) file containing all extracted numeric values, ready for immediate analysis.
