Numerical CSV Import to Excel

I have a set of CSV files that hold purely numerical fields, and I need every value placed into a clean Excel workbook with the formatting still recognised as numbers. No extra calculations or text parsing—just an accurate, reliable transfer.

A reusable method is important. If a concise VBA macro, Power Query routine, or a short Python script using pandas / openpyxl can automate the process, include it along with concise guidance. The final file must open error-free in the latest desktop version of Excel and display each column as true numerical data, with headers preserved (or created from the first row where they are missing) and sensible column widths for quick review.

Deliverables
• Populated Excel workbook.
• Transfer script or macro, fully commented.
• A brief “how-to” note so I can repeat the import with future CSV files.
