I have several filled notebooks that I need turned into a clean, searchable PDF. Every page is plain text—no diagrams, tables, or special formatting—so the focus is accurate transcription and clear layout rather than graphic design.

Work straight through the notebooks in chronological order. As you transcribe, keep each entry tied to its original date, then export everything into a single PDF with an easy-to-navigate structure. Bookmarks or a clickable table of contents based on the dates would be perfect.

You’ll receive high-resolution scans of the pages the moment we start. The finished deliverable should be:

• One polished PDF containing all notes, organized strictly by date
• Consistent font, margins, and spacing for readability
• Zero omissions or spelling errors compared with the originals

Familiarity with OCR and PDF-editing tools such as Adobe Acrobat or ABBYY FineReader will help, but the main requirement is accuracy and respect for chronology.
