Nonprofit Real Estate Development

I'm looking to establish a nonprofit organization focused on community development through real estate. Our mission is to acquire government and/or private grants that will enable the organization to build and/or renovate existing properties to provide affordable housing and support community growth. The initial area of concentration will be the Northeast area of the US, beginning in Delaware and NJ.

Key Requirements:
- Develop a comprehensive nonprofit business plan
- Outline community development goals and strategies
- Plan for property acquisition and renovation
- Create a budget and funding strategy

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Nonprofit management experience
- Strong background in real estate, especially in property renovation
- Knowledge of community development principles
- Financial planning and budgeting expertise
