Non-Profit WordPress Site Redesign

I need our existing wordPress cat sanctuary and adoption center website rebuilt on WordPress so it is easier for our small team to manage and, more importantly, so it can serve the core mission of our non-profit. The finished site must do four things well:

• Raise awareness
• Collect donations
• Recruit volunteers
• Promote animal adoption

I already have branding, copy, and most images; what’s missing is a modern, responsive WordPress build that brings it all together. A clean UI, clear calls-to-action, and seamless integrations (PayPal or Stripe for donations, Mailchimp for newsletters, and a plug-in or custom post type for adoptable animals) are essential. Accessibility, mobile performance, and straightforward page-builder editing are must-haves so staff can make updates without touching code. We also have a few items for sale so we need basic e-commerce.

Deliverables:
• Fully configured WordPress theme (child theme or block-based) reflecting our brand style
• Donation flow tested end-to-end
• Volunteer and contact forms routed to our CRM email
• Animal adoption listing section with search/filter
• Basic on-page SEO and Google Analytics 4 connected
• One-hour hand-off screen share showing how to update pages, posts, and listings
