I want to consolidate all of our documents into a single OneDrive shared drive for our small non-profit. Fewer than ten people will be using it, and every one of them needs full administrative access so they can add, edit, and reorganise files without restrictions.
What I need from you:
• Configure a shared OneDrive library (within our existing Microsoft 365 Non-Profit tenant or guide me through any licensing steps).
• Apply full-admin permissions to each user on the team.
• Establish a simple, logical folder structure and migrate our current documents.
• Provide a brief hand-off: either a quick written guide or short screenshare/video so we can maintain the drive ourselves.
We’re on a tight budget, so please keep the setup lean and stick to built-in Microsoft tools only. I’ll supply account access and sample files as soon as we begin, and I’d like the drive fully operational within a couple of days.
Let me know about similar OneDrive setups you’ve handled and any questions you have before we start.
