Non-Fiction Book Developmental Edit

I'm after a comprehensive edit including:
• Mostly improving flow and readability
• A review of structure
• Insight on theme and message

Preferred deliverables:
1. An editorial letter summarizing high-level observations, specific recommendations, and actionable next steps.
2. Margin comments in the manuscript (Word track-changes or Google Docs comments are fine) that pinpoint issues and opportunities as you read.
3. (Optional but helpful) a revised chapter outline or table of contents that illustrates your proposed structure.
