Project Title: Fire Alarm Monitoring Platform – Node-RED Developer
We are looking for an experienced developer to develop an on-premises Fire Alarm Monitoring Platform for Dune Matrix Technologies LLC, Dubai.
Project Requirements:
- Develop the platform using Node-RED and FlowFuse Community Edition.
- Support BACnet/IP, Modbus TCP, and OPC UA through configurable gateway integrations.
- Receive and monitor fire alarm, fault, and status data from fire alarm control panels.
- Integrate with PostgreSQL for data storage and alarm history.
- Develop a web dashboard with asset registration, live monitoring, active alarms, and historical records.
- Implement user roles and permissions.
- Support alarm status updates and hardware-supported commands where applicable.
- Provide complete source code, documentation, installation instructions, and handover.
Important Conditions:
- The solution must follow the supplied Request for Proposal (RFP).
- The client will provide the required hardware.
- We prefer configurable integrations rather than hard-coded solutions for individual hardware models.
