Next.js Corporate Site Replica

I need an experienced Next.js developer to recreate my current company-information website so that it looks and behaves exactly the same, page for page. Every visual and content detail—layout structure, typography, colour scheme, images, copy, even subtle hover states—must be matched pixel-for-pixel. The original site includes a standard set of corporate pages (home, about, contact and several inner sections); I want the entire site mirrored, not just the main trio.

Please build it with the latest stable Next.js version. Feel free to leverage TypeScript and Tailwind or styled-components if that speeds things up, but SSR/ISR must remain seamless so loading and SEO stay on par with the current site. All internal links, meta tags, and the contact form should function identically once deployed.

Deliverables
• Fully functioning Next.js codebase in a public or private Git repo
• Deployed preview URL for QA sign-off
• Short hand-off document explaining build commands and environment variables
