I’m putting together an intensive up-skilling program for my in-house technical team and need an experienced network administrator who can double as our trainer. The sessions must cover both traditional, rack-and-stack data-centre networking and modern cloud-based design, with plenty of live demonstrations and hands-on labs.

Your background should show many years configuring routers, switches and enterprise firewalls on the physical side, then translating the same principles into AWS and Azure—plus some exposure to Oracle Cloud. We’ll dive deep into VPC/VNet architecture, site-to-site VPNs and load-balancer patterns, while constantly mapping those topics back to their physical counterparts (subnets, VLANs, ACLs, HA pairs, etc.).

What I need from you:
• A concise syllabus that bridges on-prem infrastructure with cloud implementations, highlighting VPC/VNet builds, VPN gateways and various load-balancing options.
• Slide deck, lab guides and topology diagrams we can keep for future cohorts.
• Eight to ten live online sessions (2 h each) where you demonstrate configurations end-to-end and field questions in real time.
• A small set of assessment tasks so I can check my team’s mastery after the course.

I’ll provide temporary lab accounts in AWS, Azure and Oracle Cloud along with remote console access to our spare switches, routers and a pair of firewalls. You bring the curriculum design, clear explanations and battle-tested tips from real-world deployments.

If this sounds like the sort of training you deliver every day, let’s talk timing and delivery details—I’m ready to start as soon as you can slot us in.
