NetSuite Partner Order Portal

I need a NetSuite-based portal where my resellers, distributors and suppliers sign in with their own credentials, see the price book and discount structure tied to their subsidiary/partner record, and place orders manually.

Inside the portal they should be able to:
• Search or browse our existing item catalogue, add products to a cart, and submit the order.
• See real-time, partner-specific pricing that draws from individual price levels or discount fields already stored in NetSuite.
• Have the submitted cart convert to a native NetSuite Sales Order, linked back to the partner record for reporting and fulfilment.

Security must follow NetSuite’s role permissions so each partner views only their information. I’m comfortable keeping product maintenance in the main instance; the partner side only needs order creation and discount visibility, not SKU maintenance. A simple, responsive Suitelet, SuiteCommerce MyAccount customisation, or an SSP application is fine—whichever achieves a smooth login experience and fast manual order entry.

Final deliverable is a working portal deployed to our production account with brief hand-over notes so my internal admin can adjust roles or discounts later.
