I need an experienced NeoLoad engineer to own the entire performance-testing lifecycle for our upcoming release. Our top priority is rigorous load testing: you will design, build, and execute tests that accurately simulate real-world user volumes, then translate the results into clear, actionable insights for my development team.
You will:
• Design detailed performance test plans, workload models, and realistic test scenarios
• Create reusable NeoLoad scripts that cover our Web, API, and enterprise modules
• Run load, stress, endurance, and scalability suites as needed, monitoring application, database, and server metrics in real time (Dynatrace, AppDynamics, or similar tools are already in place)
• Pinpoint bottlenecks, quantify their impact, and recommend concrete tuning steps
• Deliver a concise report after each cycle, summarising methodology, findings, and next actions
Acceptance criteria
1. Scripts execute without errors and are parameterised for easy reuse.
2. Test data, scenario files, and reports are delivered in an organised repository.
3. Recommendations include root-cause analysis backed by evidence from both NeoLoad and back-end monitoring data.
If you have a track record of squeezing maximum insight out of NeoLoad and can turn numbers into performance wins, I’d like to start as soon as possible.
