Neo-Noir Superhero Comic Art

I'm seeking an experienced comic book artist to illustrate a neo-noir superhero comic book aimed at adults. This will be a single piece of work initially, but I’m also looking for someone I can collaborate with long term for my many projects. Building a solid working understanding and mutual creativity is key for this partnership.

### Key Requirements:
- Create detailed, engaging, and stylistically consistent artwork
- Blend multiple styles such as neo-noir, gothic horror, cyberpunk, steampunk, and industrial elements
- Design rich, immersive visuals from characters to diverse settings (e.g. genetic mutations, advanced laboratories mixed with classic gothic architecture)
- Work within a dark aesthetic while giving unique distinctions to zones like "the Halo" (luxurious and extravagant), "the Weave" (dynamic technological hub), and "the Slums" (gritty, chaotic but lively).

### What I'm Looking For:
- Proven experience in comic book art with a strong portfolio showcasing flexibility across styles
- A collaborative mindset willing to dive into creative freedom while aligning with project vision
- Ability to meet deadlines with good communication traits

The city **Nexumspire** is central to this story—a dark gothic sci-fi metropolis built around extreme technological advancement and body modification. It combines towering spires, stone cathedrals, gargoyles, narrow streets under heavy shadows with cyberpunk elements like neon lights, holograms, advanced machinery—and even steampunk details layered within selectively.
