I need an experienced negotiator or attorney to help settle a fraudulent contractor financing with GoodLeap LLC. The objective is to have GoodLeap cancel the contract, return all money paid, and provide additional damages.
I have substantial evidence to support my claim, including:
- Photos, videos, inspection reports, and repair estimates showing defective work.
- Contracts, loan documents, invoices, and payment records.
- Emails, texts, and letters with the contractor and GoodLeap.
The contractor has basically negotiated a settlement, but I have yet to contact GoodLeap.
Ideal skills and experience:
- Strong negotiation skills, especially with financial institutions.
- Familiarity with contract law and fraudulent financing.
- Legal background or experience handling similar disputes.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively present my case.
Looking forward to your bids!
