Native WhatsApp Commerce, Razorpay Payment & Shiprocket Integration

I’m looking for an experienced WhatsApp Cloud API developer to build a complete native WhatsApp ordering, payment, and shipping workflow for my jewellery brand Queziva.
Current Setup
Meta Business / WhatsApp Business Platform already set up
WhatsApp Catalogue already available
Meta WhatsApp Payment Configuration already created
Razorpay authorization completed and payment configuration is Active
Shiprocket will be used for shipping and tracking
Required Workflow
Customer → Cart → Place Order → Admin Review → Approve/Modify → Customer Confirmation → Address → Shiprocket Shipping Calculation → Final Order → Native WhatsApp Pay Now → Razorpay Payment → Order Confirmation → Shiprocket Shipment → Tracking → Delivered → Feedback/Unboxing → Instagram Follow-up
Key Requirements
Customer places order from WhatsApp Catalogue
Order initially comes to Admin for review, without payment
Admin can check stock and modify quantity/items
Example: Customer orders 2, only 1 available → Admin changes quantity to 1
Customer must approve any modified order
Collect delivery details through WhatsApp
Calculate shipping charges through Shiprocket API
Add shipping + applicable GST/tax/discounts
Generate final payable amount
Send native WhatsApp order_details + Pay Now
Integrate with already-authorized Razorpay native WhatsApp payment
Verify payment through webhook
Generate/confirm Queziva Order ID
Automatically create Shiprocket shipment after successful payment
Send dispatch + AWB + tracking updates through WhatsApp
Send delivered/unboxing message
Send post-delivery feedback/review and Instagram follow-up
Maintain complete order status/history
Admin Dashboard
Admin should be able to manage:
New Order → Pending Review → Modified → Customer Approval → Ready for Payment → Paid → Processing → Shipped → In Transit → Delivered → Completed/Cancelled
Including SKU, stock, quantity, pricing, shipping, GST, payment, Shiprocket and tracking details.
Important
I need native WhatsApp commerce/payment integration, not a simple WhatsApp chatbot or external Razorpay payment-link solution.
Developer should have real experience with:
WhatsApp Cloud API + WhatsApp Flows + order_details + Native WhatsApp Payments + Razorpay API/Webhooks + Shiprocket API/Webhooks.
