Native Sri Lankan Tamil Transcriber

I have a collection of Tamil lectures—each running well over an hour—that I need turned into clear, well-formatted text. All audio comes to you as MP3 files. Accuracy is my top priority, followed closely by turnaround time, so I’m looking for a native Tamil speaker from Sri Lanka who is comfortable handling lengthy recordings without losing focus or nuance.

You’ll receive the MP3s via a shared drive, and I’d like the finished transcripts returned in a simple, editable document (DOCX or TXT is fine) with timestamps every few minutes for easy reference. Please follow standard Sri Lankan Tamil spelling conventions and flag any sections with inaudible words so I can review them later.
