Native Instagram Comment Bot

I need a self-hosted script that automatically reads every new Instagram post in my feed (no restrictions to hashtags or accounts) and then leaves a thoughtful comment that ties directly to the caption’s wording. The automation must rely only on code I can run on my own machine or server—no cloud services, commercial schedulers, or other third-party apps.

Core logic
• Pull each fresh post and extract the full caption text.
• Run lightweight text analysis/NLP to understand the main topic or sentiment.
• Generate a short, human-sounding reply that feels relevant to that text.
• Publish the comment instantly through the official Instagram Graph API or another method that stays within Instagram’s policy limits.

Deliverables
1. Fully commented source code (Python preferred, but any language is fine if the setup is simple).
2. A brief README covering environment setup, the way the text analysis module works, and how to connect my Instagram account.
3. One-click or single-command deployment script (Docker is welcome).
4. Quick video or screenshot walkthrough proving the tool can pick up a new post and comment in real time.

Acceptance criteria
• Comments are posted on every new feed item without missing any.
• Each comment clearly references at least one word or theme present in the caption.
• No external SaaS calls beyond standard libraries or the Instagram API.
• Setup from zero to running takes under 30 minutes on Ubuntu.

If a cleaner approach or additional safeguards are needed to keep the account compliant, let me know—there’s room to refine as long as we stay totally independent of third-party platforms.
