I manufacture and distribute a complete line of tiles, granite, and marble and now need a seasoned field-sales professional to grow our presence across India. All segments are on the table—residential showrooms, commercial developers, and large-scale industrial projects—so your existing network with architects, builders, contractors, and procurement heads will be essential.
You’ll travel Pan-India, prioritising high-potential cities you identify, meeting prospects on-site, presenting samples, negotiating terms, and closing orders. I expect senior-level judgement: you should already know how to plan efficient itineraries, set realistic monthly revenue goals, and keep detailed visit reports without hand-holding.
Key deliverables:
• Territory-wise action plan for the first 90 days
• Weekly pipeline and visit reports (spreadsheet or CRM export)
• Signed purchase orders that meet agreed quarterly targets
If you have a proven track record selling building materials, especially surfaces, let’s discuss your rollout strategy, expected support, and commission structure.
