Names & Addresses Excel Entry

I have a stack of printed documents that list customer names and mailing addresses. Most of the text is typed, but a few pages include brief handwritten notes in the address lines. I need every record entered into a clean Excel spreadsheet with absolute accuracy.

What matters most is precision: each spelling, number, and line break must match the source. When the handwriting is legible, transcribe it exactly; if any word is unclear, flag it in a separate column so nothing is guessed. The finished file should include standard fields—first name, last name, street, city, state, and ZIP—plus that optional “Notes” column for any uncertainties.
