I need customer information that currently lives in several spreadsheets moved accurately into our live MySQL database. The schema is already in place; you will be inserting roughly three thousand records that include names, contact details, account numbers, and a short notes field.

While importing, please check for obvious duplicates and normalise phone and email formats so everything matches the existing conventions. The database is UTF-8 and uses InnoDB, so referential integrity must stay intact. You can work with phpMyAdmin, MySQL Workbench, or a command-line import routine—whatever is fastest for you—as long as the end result is clean and verifiable.

Deliverables:
• Fully populated MySQL tables with no duplicate customer IDs
• A short plain-text log explaining any data you adjusted or could not import (with row references)
• The SQL script or CSV file you used for the final upload so I can rerun it if needed
