Musician Site Usability Revamp

This is a job for my client/friend. His Wix website is the hub for fans to discover his music, buy records and keep up with shows, yet it currently feels clunky. This refresh is all about usability—first and foremost I need the navigation and the overall look-and-feel simplified so visitors can find music, merch and tour dates in as few clicks as possible.

Visual priorities
The layout design needs a rethink: clearer content hierarchy, balanced white space and a modern grid that adapts gracefully from desktop down to phone screens. I’m happy to discuss colour or type tweaks later, but the structure must come first.

Scope & key deliverables
• An intuitive navigation map and wireframes that highlight primary fan actions (play, buy, subscribe).
• High-fidelity mock-ups showing the redesigned layout on desktop, tablet and mobile.
• Front-end build or theme implementation that keeps load times snappy and carries through the approved design.
• Handoff documentation so future updates stay consistent with the new style.

Acceptance criteria
Finished pages should load in under three seconds on 4G, the main CTA must be visible without scrolling on mobile, and all core journeys—stream a track, purchase a record, join the mailing list—should complete in three steps or fewer.
