Mushroom Supply Online Store

I’m launching Fern Prairie Myco Supplies, a brick-and-mortar shop in Vancouver, WA, and I’m ready to take it online. I have full permission from my suppliers—Midwest Mushroom and Dr. Myco—to reuse their product descriptions, images, and pricing, and the catalogue will be a blend of items we ship ourselves and products fulfilled through their drop-shipping programs.
Here’s what I need:
• A custom-built, mobile-friendly e-commerce site that runs smoothly on my own domain.
• Secure payment integration with Square (my existing processor).
• Built-in product search with robust filtering, a customer review section, and the framework for a loyalty program I can activate once we launch.
• Two fulfilment options at checkout: standard shipping and free in-store pickup.
• An easy way for me to flag which SKUs are drop-shipped versus stocked on-site, while still respecting the suppliers’ fixed pricing.
• Optional add-on help setting up matching Google Shopping and Facebook Shop ads so I can start marketing as soon as the store goes live.
• Integration with suppliers to automatically update prices if possible.
• Ongoing support after project completion if satisfied with the work.
Acceptance criteria: the storefront must load in under three seconds on mobile, process a test Square transaction without errors, display accurate live tax and shipping calculations, and allow me to edit inventory and pricing from an intuitive admin panel.
If you’ve built bespoke shops before—especially for hybrid fulfilment models—and can stay consistent with the brand voice of my supplier sites, I’d love to hear how quickly you can get this built and ready for launch.
