Mumbai AI Video Accessibility Integration

I’m upgrading my existing website with an AI-driven video layer that makes every page accessible to a wider audience. The goal is simple: whenever a visitor lands on a page, an on-screen video avatar should automatically narrate the content (and ideally offer sign-language or caption options) so users with visual or hearing impairments can navigate with ease.

I’m only considering freelancers who can meet in Mumbai for occasional face-to-face reviews and testing sessions. Your task is to plan, build, and embed this module without disrupting my current design or loading speed. You’re free to choose the stack—whether that’s TensorFlow.js, OpenAI APIs, AWS media services, or another lightweight solution—as long as the final experience feels seamless on both desktop and mobile.
