Multilingual Writer & Support Needed

I have a steady stream of tasks that blend customer‐service precision with creative flair and I need one reliable person to take them on right away.

Here’s what the role looks like day to day:

• Customer service across every channel I offer—answering calls, managing emails and handling live-chat queries—with the same friendly, professional tone each time.
• Writing and editing short-form and long-form content in English plus mixed Hindi-Urdu when required: blog posts, knowledge-base articles, product descriptions, marketing copy and the occasional poem to add cultural colour.
• Light creative projects such as simple art-and-craft tutorials or visuals to accompany content pieces.

You will succeed if you already feel comfortable inside typical support or CRM tools (Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom or similar) and can switch gears quickly from a support ticket to a piece of copy. Strong grammar, clear phone etiquette and an eye for engaging, culturally nuanced language are non-negotiable.
