Multilingual WhatsApp Support AI

I need an AI-driven customer-support agent that can converse fluently with our users on WhatsApp. The bot should recognise and respond to queries in multiple languages, pulling answers from a knowledge base I will supply and continuously improving from new interactions.

Core requirements
• Connect seamlessly to the WhatsApp Business API and stay compliant with its policies.
• Detect the customer’s language automatically and switch responses accordingly.
• Maintain context across a full support session, handing off to a human agent when confidence drops below a safe threshold.

Acceptance criteria
– A live demo number on WhatsApp where I can test English plus at least one additional language.
– Source code or workspace (Dialogflow, Rasa, LangChain, etc.) handed over with clear setup instructions.
– Documentation showing how to expand the language set, edit intents, and review transcripts.

Future scope may include additional channels such as a website live-chat widget or email, so please build with that flexibility in mind.
