We're looking for people to handle calls with our customers. You'll speak with clients by phone or video, answer their questions, and help them resolve simple issues. Most calls are short and practical: confirming details, explaining a process, checking on an order or booking, or passing the client to the right person.
You'll work in the language you know best, and we'll match you with clients who speak that language. We provide call scripts, a knowledge base, and a short briefing before your first calls. Training takes about an hour, and a team lead stays available for questions during your first shifts.
On a typical shift you'll review your scheduled calls, prepare by reading the client's notes, make the call at the agreed time, and log a short summary afterward. Anything you can't resolve goes to the team lead with a note on what was discussed. You'll keep to the call schedule and confirm each call in our tracking sheet.
What matters to us: clear and polite spoken communication, patience and attention to detail, the ability to follow scripts and stay consistent, comfort talking to people you don't know, and reliability, meaning you keep to agreed call times and log each call.
Languages we're hiring for: English, German, French, Dutch, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Greek, Danish, Norwegian, Swedish, Finnish, Estonian, Latvian, Lithuanian, Polish, Czech, Slovak, Slovenian, Croatian, Hungarian, Bulgarian, Romanian, Maltese, Irish, Cantonese, Mandarin, Malay, Tamil, and Maori. Tell us which languages you speak and at what level in your proposal.
What you get: flexible call hours you can plan around your day, remote work from anywhere with a stable internet connection and a quiet place for calls, call scripts and a knowledge base so you're never left guessing, a short onboarding and a team lead who answers your questions, and ongoing part-time work with a steady flow of calls.
