Multi-Role Delivery App Development

I am building an end-to-end online delivery ecosystem inspired by Swiggy, covering every stakeholder from customer to super admin. The project spans both iOS and Android and is broken into five distinct interfaces that must share a single, scalable back end and database schema.

Deliverables
• Customer app (iOS & Android) with seamless order placement and real-time tracking, integrated payment gateway, and a section for reviews and ratings.
• Driver (rider) app (iOS & Android) that handles pick-up / delivery status updates, live GPS navigation, and an earnings dashboard refreshed in real time.
• Store ( Dark store like Zepto) web/mobile login to confirm orders, update menus, and monitor daily sales.
• Area manager dashboard to oversee multiple stores within a zone, view performance analytics, and manage on-ground operations.
• Admin panel plus an extended Super-Admin panel for full system configuration, user management, promotions, and reporting.

Core expectations
• A unified REST or GraphQL API, token-based auth, and role permissions mapped to each interface.
• Push notifications, SMS/email triggers, and in-app chat between customer, driver, and store.
• Clean, modern UI that maintains consistent branding across all apps.
• Source code, build instructions, and basic documentation delivered through Git.
• One live demo on TestFlight and Play Console before final sign-off.

Acceptance criteria will be a successful end-to-end order flow in a staging environment, load-tested with at least 100 concurrent orders without performance degradation.
