Multi-Field Form Data Entry

I need assistance populating an online form that contains well over 20 individual fields. The form captures a mix of textual and numeric values, and its sole purpose is reliable data collection for my internal records.

Here is what the task looks like from my side: I will share a secure link to the web form together with a clean source file that holds all records to be entered. Each record must be transferred exactly as it appears—names, addresses, comments, IDs, prices, dates and any other figures must line up perfectly with their corresponding fields.

Because the form is fairly long, consistency matters as much as speed. I plan to spot-check entries as they come in, so accuracy needs to be north of 99 %. If a field is compulsory the form will flag it instantly, but I still expect you to double-check each submission before moving to the next.

Deliverable
• All provided records entered into the form with no missing or misplaced data.
• A simple completion report (CSV or Google Sheet) noting submission timestamps so I can track progress.
