MS 365 & Power Automate Workflow Optimization

Microsoft 365, Copilot & Power Automate Specialist

We are an Australian behaviour support provider seeking an experienced Microsoft 365, Copilot, Excel, Microsoft Planner and Power Automate specialist to help us improve and automate our internal business systems.

We currently use:
• Microsoft 365
• Excel
• SharePoint
• Outlook
• Microsoft Planner
• Teams
• Word
• Power Automate
• Microsoft Copilot / Copilot Studio
• Splose as our client management system

We are looking for someone who can take a broader look at our current systems, identify opportunities to reduce repetitive administration and provide practical advice about how we can better use Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate and the wider Microsoft 365 environment.

What we need help with
We currently have participant and business information that sometimes needs to be manually updated across multiple Microsoft files and systems.

We would like assistance with:
• Reviewing our current Microsoft 365 setup and workflows
• Identifying opportunities for automation
• Building and improving Power Automate flows
• Reducing duplicate data entry across Excel, Planner, SharePoint and Outlook
• Automating reminders, notifications and task creation
• Improving the way our Excel workbooks interact with other Microsoft systems
• Reviewing how information from our shared/admin inbox can trigger workflows
• Improving SharePoint document and file-management processes
• Advising on how Microsoft Copilot could improve administration and staff workflows

Project arrangement
We are primarily looking for project-based support, with an initial review of our systems followed by implementation of agreed improvements, where further project-based payments will be discussed.

We are particularly interested in applicants who can look beyond individual automations and help us design a simpler, more connected Microsoft environment.
