Motivational Short-Form Video Editor Needed

​Project Title: Short-Form Content Creator for Motivational Channels (YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Instagram Reels, X)
​Job Description:
We are looking for a creative and reliable short-form video editor to produce high-engaging motivational shorts for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and X. Your primary task will be to curate/edit visual clips, select fitting background audio, format dynamic captions, and deliver finished, publish-ready videos.
​Responsibilities:
​Produce engaging 30–60 second motivational short-form videos.
​Add dynamic captions, sound effects, and background music.
​Optimize videos for high retention across YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Instagram Reels, and X.
​Deliver ready-to-post vertical content consistently.
​Compensation & Terms:
​Pay Rate: $20 per finished video. 30 to 60 Seconds
​Initial Scope: Content production on a per-video basis until channel monetization goals are reached.
​Growth Opportunity: Once channels are monetized, performance-based compensation and revised rates will be reconsidered.
​Requirements:
​Proven experience editing short-form content (TikTok, Reels, Shorts).
​Strong portfolio or sample links showcasing past work in motivational or fast-paced video editing.
​Ability to hit agreed-upon deadlines reliably.
