Mortgage Commission Split Promotional Videos

i have a new mortgage company and my website is 90% finished. I require 2 videos that will go on the website and i can also use/post on instagram, facebook,tiktok,meta etc...
My mortgage company splits the mortgage commission with my clients which is totally unique. I want 1 video where a couple home buyers are driving to their new house and then are confronted with solicitors, estate agents, removal men and stamp duty all at the front door demanding their money. This takes the home buyers/the couple from being really happy to move into their new home to being despondent sad that they have had to hand over all this money. Then myself, the mortgage broker turns up to save the day handing them a cheque for their 50% of the mortgage commission saving the day.
2nd video is a man sits down at his dining room table opens his laptop and he is about to secure a new mortgage deal for his re-mortgage. The lap top screen says push submit to secure your new mortgage deal and you get ZERO £ from us for doing this yourself.
As he's about to push submit, there's a knock on the door and its myself /Munera mortgages who is at the door. The mans wife comes to the door to greet me as the man did not know she had invited me over. The next scene is me at the laptop about to select a new deal for the clients on the laptop screen and it says " Munera mortgages will pay £450 as your share of the mortgage commission for your new re-mortgage "
so basically munera/myself has saved the day and the homeowners have now been paid for their new deal when they would have got zero £.
