## Moodle Grading & Weekly Backup Setup

We need an experienced Moodle freelancer to complete two tasks:

### 1. Update Grading System

Change our current Moodle grading system from points to letter grades using:

* **A:** 90–100%
* **B:** 80–89%
* **C:** 70–79%
* **D:** 60–69%
* **F:** Below 60%

Please ensure assignments, quizzes, and final course grades calculate and display correctly without disrupting existing grades.

### 2. Set Up Weekly Moodle Backups

Set up an automated process to save our Moodle course information **weekly** to either:

* **Google Drive**, or
* A secure external server.

The backup should include the necessary course data so it can be restored if needed.

### Documentation Required

For both tasks, provide clear **step-by-step instructions** explaining:

* What settings were changed.
* How the grading system was configured.
* How the weekly backup was set up.
* Where the backups are stored.
* How to manually run a backup.
* How to restore a course from a backup.
* How to change the backup schedule or destination later.

Written instructions, detailed notes, or a short video walkthrough are acceptable.
