Monthly GST Filing & Refunds

I run a private limited company that needs ongoing assistance from a qualified Chartered Accountant. Each month you will take my Excel-based books, review the statements I have already prepared, and then:

• File the regular GST returns on time
• Prepare and submit any eligible GST refund applications

I will provide the trial balance and supporting schedules in Excel; your review should confirm that figures reconcile with the GST liability and input credits before anything is lodged. After filing, I expect an acknowledgment copy and a brief summary of the month’s position so I can keep directors informed.

If you prefer working in Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books or other tools, let me know—Excel is what we use now, but I am open to adopting better workflows provided the transition is smooth.

Accuracy, deadline discipline, and familiarity with Indian GST regulations are critical. If you can commit to a dependable monthly cadence and handle refund claims without follow-up from my side, I would like to start this engagement immediately.
