Monthly Financial Reports Preparation

I need reliable, month-after-month financial visibility for my service-based business. All the raw transactions, invoices, and expense records already sit in Excel and Google Sheets; what’s missing is a clean, professional reporting package that tells me exactly where we stand.

Every month you will pull the data from those spreadsheets, verify its accuracy, and turn it into three polished statements:

• Profit and Loss statement
• Balance Sheet with integrated Cash-Flow view
• Budget-versus-Actual spending report

My preference is to keep everything inside Excel/Google Sheets—formulas, pivot tables, and charts are welcome as long as they stay transparent and easy for me to audit later. Reports should reconcile against the source data and be delivered no later than the 5th business day of the following month, ready for discussion with my leadership team.
