Monday CRM Sales Pipeline Optimization

I already run all of our leads, quotes and job bookings inside Monday.com, but the way the boards and automations are wired is getting in the way of smooth sales-pipeline tracking. I want the entire flow—from new enquiry through to a booked job—to feel effortless and to give me instant visibility of where each deal sits, what parts are required and whether we actually have those parts on hand.
Here is what I need done:
• Restructure the existing boards so the pipeline stages are crystal-clear and automatically update when a deal moves or stalls
• Introduce or refine automations that eliminate double entry and flag follow-ups at the right moment
• Build a simple, reliable method for allocating stock items to each job, pulling quantity data from an inventory board (or an external integration if you can justify it) and warning us of shortages before we commit to a date
• Keep the job-booking workflow intact, but link it to the revised pipeline and stock allocation so everything syncs seamlessly
I’ll provide full access to the current workspace, walk you through pain points and supply a list of parts we track. In your proposal, focus on how you would approach the new pipeline design, the stock-allocation logic and any key Monday.com features, integrations or API calls you plan to leverage. Detailed project proposals help me compare approaches, so please outline milestones, expected timelines and how you would hand over documentation once we sign off.
If you have examples of previous Monday.com configurations—especially ones involving sales stages plus inventory—feel free to reference them, but the main thing I’m looking for is a clear, actionable plan that gets this live with minimal disruption to my team.
