CQR – Crop Quality Report
There are 4 Modules:
1) Website
2) Admin
3) Testing Agency

I’m building a full CQR (Crop Quality Report) solution made up of four interconnected modules and I need one team to take the entire build from wire-up to production release. A detailed functional spec is attached, but the high-level picture is below so you can quickly judge scope and let me know your approach.
Deliverables
1. Website
The exact screen-flows and data points are in the attachment; review them first. In short, the public-facing site must guide users from registration/login through to viewing their crop quality information and downloading the corresponding reports and analytics.
2. Admin Panel
• Robust user management (create, suspend, role assignment, password reset)
• Live and historical data analytics dashboards that read directly from the same data store powering the website and testing agency module.
3. Testing Agency Portal
• Workflow for logging sample collection in the field
• Interfaces to record quality test results
• One-click generation of test reports that automatically push to both the website and the app.
4. Mobile App
A companion app (Android and iOS) that mirrors the website’s key functions so farmers and agencies can check report status on the go and receive push notifications when new test data is posted.
Tech expectations
Frontend can be React, Vue or a comparable modern framework; backend may be Node, Django, Laravel—propose what you’re most efficient with but ensure secure authentication, role-based access control and an exportable reporting engine. Clean REST/GraphQL APIs are required so mobile and web stay in sync.
Acceptance criteria
• All four modules meet the attached specification with zero critical bugs.
• Role permissions are enforced and penetration-tested.
• Data moves seamlessly between the testing agency portal, admin analytics and user-facing reports.
• Source code, DB schema and environment files are handed over in Git with clear README instructions.
