UI/UX Web Designer for Modern WordPress Sites (Student-Friendly / Remote)

Project Description:

Looking for a creative UI/UX Web Designer (ideal for college students looking for portfolio work) to collaborate directly with our WordPress developer on client websites.

We do not build generic, traditional corporate sites. We need clean, modern layouts with distinct aesthetic and artistic elements (including modern typography, tasteful color palettes, and subtle cultural/local visual accents) while maintaining high usability and mobile responsiveness.

Scope & Responsibilities:

Design responsive visual layouts/wireframes (Figma, XD, or Canva) for 3–5 page WordPress websites.

Hand off clean visual assets and style guides to the WordPress developer.

Incorporate client feedback within a strict 2-revision limit.

Collaborate asynchronously with the developer to ensure design accuracy on the live build.

Terms & Compensation:

Payout: ₹1,000 – ₹1,500 per completed, approved site design.

Flexibility: 100% remote / work from anywhere. Work on your own schedule, provided project milestones are met within agreed 48-hour turnarounds.

Volume: Pick up as many site tasks as your schedule allows.

Incentives: Bonus payouts available for consistently fast turnaround and high first-pass approval rates.

Requirements:

Strong portfolio showing layout design, modern UI sense, and creative aesthetics (no cookie-cutter corporate templates).

Basic understanding of how layouts translate into WordPress/Elementor.

Strict adherence to agreed deadlines and clear communication.
