Modern Word Proposal Template

I need a modern, clean proposal template that reflects Sustchain’s brand and can be reused for every client pitch. The file must be fully editable in Microsoft Word so I can swap images, update numbers, and tailor wording without touching the layout.

Please structure the document around these core sections:
• Introduction and Overview
• Project Scope and Deliverables
• Pricing and Timeline

A polished cover page, consistent colour palette, branded typography, and subtle graphic accents should tie everything together while keeping the overall file lightweight for emailing and simple to print. Pre-define heading, sub-heading, body, and table styles so formatting stays uniform when new text is added. An editable table or chart for fees and milestones would be a plus.

Acceptance criteria
1. Final deliverable in .docx with all styles clearly named and organised.
2. Placeholders for logo, company details, client name, scope items, schedule, and fees.
3. A4 layout with standard margins; nothing should shift or clip when exported to PDF.
4. If you use fonts or assets not native to Microsoft Office, provide licence-free files or suitable fall-backs.
