Modern Website Design Needed

I need a talented web designer to take my site from concept to polished, user-friendly reality. The core requirement is a complete website design—layout, color palette, typography, and visual hierarchy—delivered as responsive desktop and mobile mock-ups (Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch are all fine).

At this stage I’m flexible on site type; the final direction could lean toward an e-commerce storefront, a sleek portfolio, or a content-driven blog, but the common thread is clean aesthetics and intuitive navigation.
