I’m building a G+1 home and need a complete exterior concept that blends a clean modern layout with the timeless charm of a Rajasthani haveli. The façade must be predominantly stone-clad and finished in a neutral palette of beige, cream and soft gray so it sits elegantly in any light.
Key architectural accents I want to see are: graceful arches and columns to frame windows and entryways, projecting jharokhas for depth and shadow, and a few well-proportioned chhatris to crown the parapet line. While the mood should feel historic, the detailing and construction approach have to be contemporary and build-friendly.
What I expect from you
• At least two style options presented as high-resolution 3D renders (day and night views).
• Scaled elevation drawings and a basic floor-to-façade mapping so my contractor can identify where every arch, balcony and chhatri belongs.
• A concise material and colour legend specifying stone finish, joint treatment, railing metalwork, cornice details and any lighting niches.
• Source files (SketchUp/Revit/3ds Max, plus PDF/PNG exports) so future revisions are easy.
Acceptance criteria
1. Stone texture, neutral tones and each listed feature (arches, jharokhas, chhatris) are clearly represented.
2. Proportions suit a two-storey structure and respect practical wall thicknesses.
3. All deliverables arrive error-free, ready for print or on-site reference.
If you’re confident working with heritage motifs while keeping things structurally efficient, I’d love to review your portfolio and move forward quickly.
