Modern Three-Storey House Plans

I’m ready to move from rough ideas to a full set of construction-ready drawings for a modern, stilt + 2 residential home. The ground (stilt) level will primarily serve as parking and services, while the two living floors above must be laid out efficiently and connected by an in-house elevator. Overall footprint is still flexible, but the style is firmly Modern—clean lines, generous glazing, and an uncomplicated roof profile.

Here’s what I need from you:
• Complete architectural plans: dimensioned floor plans, elevations, sections, and roof plan
• Integrated elevator shaft details sized for a standard residential lift
• 3D exterior views that clearly express materials and massing (SketchUp or similar is fine)
• Basic structural layout so my local engineer can run calculations
• A package I can hand straight to local authorities and contractors: PDF set plus editable CAD (DWG or RVT)

I work in metric and will provide my plot dimensions, local bylaws, and any survey data the moment we start. Regular check-ins on layout flow, facade treatment, and staircase/elevator positioning are essential; I prefer quick screen-share reviews over long email chains.

If you’ve designed multi-storey modern homes before and can share a concise portfolio sample, I’d like to see it. Once the plans and visuals meet the agreed brief, I’ll sign them off and release final payment.
