I want to squeeze every usable centimetre out of my existing office while keeping a clean, modern look. The focus is on space efficiency—nothing else matters as much—so I need a designer who can rethink the layout and furniture placement without tearing the place apart.
The zones that need the most attention are:
• Workstations
• Meeting rooms
• Storage areas
calling area for sales
brand wall
Here’s the process I have in mind. I’ll send you photographs, exact measurements and a walkthrough video of the current setup. From that material you’ll craft at least two alternative floor-plans (AutoCAD or similar) and supporting 3D visuals in SketchUp, Lumion, or any tool you prefer. Each option should highlight circulation paths, furniture dimensions, storage solutions and all the electrical/data points so my local contractors can follow them easily.
Once we agree on a direction, I’ll need:
1. Final detailed layout in PDF plus the editable source file
2. High-quality 3D renders of key views
3. A concise mood board covering finishes, colours, lighting and hardware
4. An annotated plan for the carpenters, electricians and painters, including a simple bill of quantities
No on-site supervision or turnkey execution is required; I’ll handle the build with my own vendors. Two revision rounds are plenty, as long as we nail the space optimisation. If you’ve completed modern office projects that showcase smart use of tight footprints, I’d love to see them.
