I’m ready to move forward on a ground-up, single-family home that embraces a clean, modern aesthetic. The land is secured and zoning confirmed, so I now need complete architectural documentation that can go straight to the engineer and building department.

The scope covers everything from schematic design through permit-ready drawings. I’ll supply a detailed site survey, inspirational images and a rough room-by-room brief once we connect. Your work will translate those references into a coherent set of construction documents created in AutoCAD, Revit or another industry-standard platform that my GC can open without compatibility headaches.

Key deliverables
• Scaled floor plans, roof plan and reflected ceiling plans
• Exterior elevations and at least one building section illustrating critical heights and materials
• Door, window and finish schedules
• Site plan that meets local submission standards
• 3D massing or basic render views to confirm the modern form and material palette

Acceptance criteria: PDF sheets formatted to the county’s title-block requirements, plus original CAD/Revit files, all consistent in dimensions, levels and annotation styles.
