I’m ready to launch a small e-commerce site on Shopify that sells only physical products and I need the entire storefront built from scratch, all the way through to going live.
What matters most to me is smooth, accurate inventory management that updates automatically as orders come in, feeds low-stock alerts, and syncs across sales channels I might add later. The design should lean toward a clean, modern aesthetic—think bold imagery, generous white space, and mobile-first layouts that load fast.
Here’s the scope I have in mind:
• Theme setup or custom theme work that fits the modern look (I’m open to your recommended premium themes or custom coding if it gets the feel right).
• Product pages, collections, and navigation structured for a small catalog.
• Inventory tracking configured so I can monitor stock levels at a glance and avoid overselling.
• Core Shopify settings (payments, shipping profiles, taxes) wired up and tested.
• Basic on-page SEO and speed optimizations so the store is ready for marketing out of the gate.
Acceptance criteria:
– A live Shopify site on my account with no placeholder text or images remaining.
– Inventory counts adjust automatically when a test purchase is made and when stock is manually updated.
– Pages display consistently on desktop and mobile, reflecting the agreed modern design.
If you’ve handled similar builds, especially where inventory accuracy was critical, let me know and share examples. I’m looking to start as soon as we agree on the plan and timeline.
