Modern Residential Lumion Rendering

I need photorealistic imagery for a modern residential project and I’d like everything produced inside Lumion. The final package should include exterior perspectives that show curb appeal, interior shots that capture spatial flow, and a few angles that blend the house naturally into its landscape and surroundings.

The look I’m after is clean-lined, contemporary and warm—think generous glazing, balanced materials, and an inviting outdoor-indoor connection. If you usually begin in SketchUp or D5 that’s fine, yet the deliverables themselves must come from Lumion so I can edit lighting and camera paths later.

Please supply:
• High-resolution stills (minimum 4 K) covering the main façade, rear garden, at least two key interiors, plus one hero landscape view.
• The native Lumion file with all materials, textures, and camera setups intact.
• A brief summary of any third-party assets used so I can re-license or swap them if needed.

I’ll provide CAD drawings, reference photos, and any model files I already have at kickoff. Let me know your expected turnaround and how many review rounds you include; two rounds of refinements is ideal.

Quality, atmosphere, and crisp detail matter more than sheer quantity of images, so take the time to light each shot convincingly and balance realism with the polished style common in contemporary architectural magazines.
