Modern Residential Interior Overhaul

I’m ready to give my home a cohesive, modern feel and need a full interior plan that carries seamlessly through the living room, kitchen, and bedroom. The goal is to move from concept to construction-ready documentation so contractors can execute without guesswork.

Scope of work
• Develop a unifying design concept that reflects clean modern lines, balanced lighting, and smart space utilization.
• Produce mood boards, color palettes, furniture layouts, and material/fixture selections for the three rooms.
• Deliver photorealistic 3D renders so I can visualize the end result and sign off with confidence.
• Translate approved concepts into detailed construction drawings (floor plans, elevations, cabinetry details, lighting & electrical layouts).
• Provide a concise specification sheet listing finishes, fittings, and purchase sources.

Acceptance criteria
1. Each room’s render must reflect accurate dimensions and show all specified finishes.
2. Construction drawings must be to scale and ready for contractor use (DWG + PDF).
3. All selections must be locally available or clearly noted as special-order items with lead times.
4. Final package handed over in an organized folder structure, including native files.

Preferred tools: AutoCAD/Revit for drawings, SketchUp/3ds Max + V-Ray/Lumion for renders, Adobe Suite for presentation boards—open to equivalents if output quality matches.
